Right of withdrawal
1. Right of withdrawal for customers from Switzerland
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for orders with a delivery address in Switzerland. Returns or cancellations are only possible after prior agreement and in exceptional cases.
2. Right of withdrawal for customers from the European Union (EU)
Consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day on which you or an authorized person received the goods.

3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for opened hygiene products
Please note:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products,

which were delivered sealed ,
-
and whose seal has been removed after delivery ,

provided they are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons .
This particularly applies to:

Perfume bottles whose original packaging (e.g. cellophane film or cap) has been opened or damaged .
Returns are only possible for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
4. Return & Refund
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods are damaged or delivered incorrectly.
After inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be made within 14 days using the original payment method used.
